Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, Château de la Bonnelière,
Plouzeau
The Château de la Bonnelière, the
property of the Plouzeau familly 1846, is in the commune of la Roche Clermault,
just to the south of Chinon. The vines are planted on the upper slopes of the
left bank of the Vienne river in chalky clay soil with a subsoil of limestone.
This excellent Chinon wine, made in our new winery, is fruity and full bodied.
Its aromatic strength and quality of its tanin makes it a wine wich will
keep.
Tasting Note Sprightly citrus fruit that is the hallmark
of quality Loire whites, a lovely peachy mid-palate and a clean, crisp finish.
Quite excellent. |
