Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine Cuvée Classique, Bossard
Guy Bossard has been active in his 17-hectare domaine since the age of
14. Widely recognised as a true perfectionist, he works tirelessly to produce
the most wonderful wines in the comparatively humble Muscadet appellation. He
makes his own compost from algae, forest brush and basalt and he continues to
use a horse and plough in the vineyard.
Tasting Note
Supremely
good wine, this wine has a brilliant yellow colour and an intense nose of baked
apples, lime and minerality. The palate is fresh and crisp with a lovely long
length. |
