2005 Limney
Estate Brut
Limney Estate is in south-east England's High
Weald. In 2000, the vineyards were registered for organic management, making
them one of only three commercial UK vineyards to become exclusively
organic.
Tasting Note
A blend of Pinot Noir and Auxerrois with
two years lees ageing, giving this sparkler a classically biscuity flavour with
strong Pinot characteristics. Made in the same way as Champagne. |
