2006 Riesling Kabinett Trocken, Stefan Sander
- Rheinhessen Made with grapes grown on 25 year old
vines on slopes facing eastwards to the Rhine. The soil is chalky with good
humus content giving the vines a good balance of nourishment and minerals. This
award winning Kabinett is dry and fairly light with gorgeous tropical fruit,
limey acidity and a very refreshing style

2005 Gewurztraminer, Wilhelm Zahringer
A top class German dry white with a delightfully
aromatic and spicy nose and hints of rose and ripe muscat grapes. This is
Gewürz in a lighter, more elegant, piquant style than some of its over
floral and blowsy contemporaries. Excellent with Far Eastern cuisine and lovely
as an aperitif. |
