Château
Falfas is situated on the crest of one of the most beautiful hillsides in the
parish of Bayon. Falfas have been cultivated biodynamically since 1988 - the
land is maintained, worked and cultivated naturally, in harmony with the
biology of the soil. Limited yields and rigorous selection of rich, healthy
grapes are standard elements at Falfas creating wines that are a pure
reflection of the complex soils and subsoils of its terroir.
Tasting
Note
Made from 100% Merlot, this is a sturdy claret, ripe and
satisfying. Great with beef. Excellent value for money.
