Mas de Gourgonnier is a star of Les Baux de Provence, a sleepy little appellation south of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The perfect aperitif or to drink with fish, starters or soups. £9.50/bottle Prosecco Frizzante, Perlage - Veneto, Italy Hugely popular in Italy, Prosecco has been surprisingly slow to catch on here. It's dry, easy-drinking, but grapey, friendly and fizzy and fun! £12.75/bottle Cava Brut Reserva, Can Vendrell, Albet I Noya - Penedès, Spain This Cava is made from the traditional varieties of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada producing a great fizz with fresh, crisp, appley flavours. £14.20/bottle 2004 Limney Estate Brut - England A blend of Pinot Noir and Auxerrois with two years lees ageing, giving this sparkler a classically biscuity flavour with strong Pinot characteristics.
