| Prices |
|
Prices are quoted duty paid per bottle exclusive
of VAT. The products and vintages are offered subject to availability. Prices
are subject to market fluctuations, currency movements and tax changes and we
reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice.

| Samples |
|
Samples are charged at 10% less full trade price.
On receipt of an order for the sampled wine, the cost of the sample bottle of
the same wine will be refunded in full.

| Minimum
Order |
|
Minimum order is 36 bottles (27 litres of wine)
which can be mixed. Smaller quantities will be subject to a delivery
charge.
|
| Delivery |
|
Delivery is free on 36 bottles (27 litres of
wine). Smaller quantities will be subject to a delivery surcharge of £7
per case.
|
| Claims |
|
All goods must be examined on arrival. If this is
impossible, customers are requested to sign 'Not Examined'. Any loss or damage
must be advised to us by fax or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

| Terms of
Payment |
|
For all approved credit accounts, our payment
terms are within 28 days of the invoice. Payment by pro forma is required for
all accounts where credit has not been approved. Funds must clear our bank
before goods are released.

| Additional
Charges |
|
Pageant Wines Limited reserves the right to
charge interest on overdue accounts at 4% over the current Royal Bank Of
Scotland overdraft rate. Represented cheques will attract an administration fee
of £30 plus VAT.

| Ownership of
Goods |
|
All goods shall remain the property of Pageant
Wines Limited until payment is received in full.

| Data Protection
Act |
|
To comply with the Data Protection Act of 1984,
we are required to inform you that we have recorded your name and address on
our computer for the sole use of Pageant Wines. Your name and address will not
be given to third parties. |
